Cassidian introduces new 800 MHz variation of its light and slim TETRA radio model, TH1n
At the CCW in Paris, Cassidian has launched an 800 MHz version of its slimline TETRA radio, TH1n, the first in a completely new class of pocket-sized TETRA radios. This new variation will complement the very successful 380-430 MHz model of the TH1n and enlarge Cassidian’s TETRA terminal portfolio in the 800 MHz radio frequency band, used in Asia and America.

Cassidian launches Claricor 3, a new secure communications solution for small networks
Cassidian has introduced a new version of its professional radio system solution for small to medium-sized networks, called Claricor. Made for up to 5,000 users, it offers a cost-effective set-up for providing both outdoor and indoor coverage across sites such as airports, factories or power plants but also larger areas such as cities. If needed, a Claricor network can be interconnected with multiple switches to cover a nation wide area.The new Claricor 3 version includes high-speed data (TEDS) and provides more than enough bandwidth for data in Smart Grid or SCADA applications.

Cassidian CyberSecurity (EADS Group) holds approximately 83.9% of Arkoon Network Security shares
Further to the agreement signed on 26 April 2013 by Cassidian CyberSecurity to become the majority shareholder of Arkoon Network Security and after fullfilment of the conditions precedent, Cassidian CyberSecurity now holds approximately 83.9% of the share capital and voting rights of Arkoon Network Security, following the effective transfer on 17 May 2013 of the shares held by the major financial shareholders of Arkoon Network Security, the founders and the management, at a maximum price of 3.25 euros.
